| Course Description |
- You don’t have to be a veteran diver to take this course. It’s all about diving (not classroom or pool work) in fact you can start diving with almost no academic work at all
- There’s nowhere better to continue your dive adventures than with Asia Divers and Puerto Galera’s unrivaled diving…
There’s two ‘core dives’ to complete:
- Deep. Safe ways to extend your depth range beyond 18m/60ft, explore somewhere new like the Shark Caves or the Atoll; Whitetips, Blue spotted sting rays and…
- Navigation. Have some fun improving your skills… The thrill of finding your way back to the same place using natural features of a dive site or a compass…
Then choose three other dives:
- Night. New underwater creatures… stargazers,
rays, lion fish, eels, crabs… Re explore a familiar
site, such as ‘The Junk’, ‘Sabang Point’
or ‘Tommy’s Rock’ at night and notice
the difference.
- Drift. Some of the world’s best roller coaster
dives… ‘West Escarceo’, ‘The
Canyons’, ‘Kilima Drift’...
- Multi-level. Extend your bottom time learning how to
use ‘The Wheel and Diving computers’ with
some great dives around ‘Ernies Point’, ‘Escarceo’
or maybe the ‘Shark Caves’.
- Photography. Take some memories home with you, you'll
find Photography a whole new world.
- Naturalist. Discover the aquatic world, you really
couldn’t choose a better location, there are endless
possibilities to find places to identify different marine
life…
- Search and Recovery. Search Sabang Bay for a missing
outboard motor and successfully recover it…
- Wreck. Explore the Alma Jane or Sabang Wreck and more...
- Complete individual dives and gain credit for each one
towards final certification or use the dive towards the
corresponding Specialty Course, you’re not committed
to the whole course if there’s only a couple of
areas that interest you
- On the other hand, you can take as many of the modules
(dives) as you like – the minimum is five to complete
advanced training but if you're interested in additional
modules just let us know
- Schedule your own course – in parts or one go
- As an Advanced Diver you'll find your confidence will
increase and you’ll have the opportunity to experience
dives not open to you as an Open Water Diver – it's
also a pre requisite to becoming a Rescue Diver
- Most students and Instructors agree that this is the
most enjoyable courses
- Note: If you complete any three of the training dives
you will be certified as an Adventure Diver
