Allan, originally from Australia, spent several years in Hong Kong in the construction business before discovering Puerto Galera in 1985. The founding partner of Asia Divers and El Galleon Resort, Allan has one son Arthur. Allan's other interests include Ultra-Light aircraft and golf. |

Andy is the other founding partner of Asia Divers. A veteran of the aeronautical industry in Oman, Andy first visited Puerto in 1982. Andy keeps himself busy with the dirty side of the business: compressors, generator and equipment maintenance. Andy walked 520Kms around the island of Mindoro mid 2000, to raise money for charity. |

Asia Diver's third partner is Swedish Tommy Soderstrom who started as a Divemaster in 1988. Tommy is married to Lina and has a school-age daughter as well as a baby boy. His passions include motor biking and 'hash running', when he's not exploring new dive destinations. |

Allison Manis |
Allison, who escaped the icy cold Canadian waters, has been in the Philippines for 12 years. Originally, an art director/graphic designer in Toronto, she moved to Manila and worked for the Canadian Embassy before heading to Puerto Galera. She's been with Asia Divers for ten years and exhibits great patience in her teaching - she specializes in the kids diving programs. She is kept hopping in her spare time with her two-year old daughter, Ariana.

Dave Ross |
Dave was born in London at a very young age and became curious about diving while working as a commercial fisherman out of Queensland. With a Geology degree from Leeds University, he's been in Puerto Galera since 1991. In December 1995 Dave was part of the first ever IANTD Instructor program run in the Philippines and is now a busy Trimix Instructor, Rebreather Instructor and IANTD Instructor Trainer. His relaxed temperament and attention to safety and detail make him one of the top tech instructors in Asia today. Dave is locally married to Dhelia with two youngsters Annalyn and Jeff. |

Pete Eaton |
Pete was born in the north of England. A Mechanical Engineer by trade, he has tried his hand at a wide variety of jobs including Market Trading and Plant Operating. He worked in South Africa and Hong Kong before arriving in the Philippines in 1995. Pete arrived as many do, in Puerto Galera and the Philippines, on holiday and just hasn't left. He now has a wife Rose and a son Kurt. Pete likes meeting new people and can be found in the Point Bar most evenings. |

Sam Collett |
Sam comes from Brighton, UK and worked as a Stonemason in the UK, then for ten years in Australia. After arriving in Puerto Galera in 1998 he completed his IDC with Asia Divers and has worked here ever since. Now mostly working with Dave Ross at Tech Asia he can still occasionally be sighted at the Point Bar. Sam is married to Diza and has a cheeky little daughter called Kathy. |

Joshua comes from the busy streets of New York City where he started diving in 1999. In December 2005 he decided to leave the computer security consulting business for a little more adventure in South East Asia. After completing his Instructors examination right here at Asia Divers he decided to stay so that he could see the incredible diversity of marine life that the Philippines offer. His other hobbies include music, traveling, biking, tae-kwon do, and anything with a little bit of adventure involved. He has also been diving in Florida, San Diego, British Virgin Islands, New York City, Na Trang Vietnam, and Sipadan Malaysia.

Kjell Söderström |
| Kjell was born in Sweden. He found it far too cold in Sweden so he retired from his work as a municipal commissioner and moved to Philippines 2004. Kjell is married to Rhuby, our assistant manager and became a dive instructor 2006. When he is not diving, you can find him on golf courses around Manila and you can also find him in the Point Bar together with the other instructors. Kjell is a great additon to our team in many ways including being able to teach courses in Swedish |

Julio Atienza |
Some of you from a while back might remember Julio as he used to be the boatman for our old Asia Explorer 2, and from those of yesteryear…Julio was a boatman and diver for Reef Raiders back in 83! He’s gone on from the boatman years to become a very experienced Divemaster with over 4000 dives now in this area. His favourite dive ever was when he spotted a manta ray in the 2nd Canyon and a while tip shark just past it. Julio is from this area and has four children. He has been recently famous for the finder of the Electric Scallop.

Ruben Maranan |
Ruben has worked for Asia Divers since 1998 carrying tanks, assisting in the shop, driving boats and fixing regulators. He has now worked his way up through the ranks to become a PADI Divemaster. Ruben is a valuable member of our team and is very experienced in the local area. He is a great spotter for all you photographers out there. Recently he has been keeping smiles on everyone's face with dives to see the mandarin fish. Ruben is from here, married with one daughter.
