The DAN (Divers Alert Network) Oxygen Provider and PADI Oxygen First Aid courses are basic training classes in providing oxygen first aid to victims / patients in diving related accidents.

DAN Oxygen ProviderThese courses are run simultaneously, completed over a half day and are a prerequisite to the DAN / PADI Oxygen Instructor programs.  When combined with the PADI Rescue Diver and PADI Emergency First Responder courses you receive the best possible preparation to react to any diving rescue incident. Providing oxygen as soon as possible and in the highest concentration possible is the key to treating patients in diving related accidents.

This course is optional but considered to be highly desirable by most dive operators.

Entry Requirement:
Current CPR certificate

Minimum age:
14 years old

Course Completion Authorization:
PADI Distinctive Specialty certification fee A$45 - (optional - NOT included)
DAN Membership recommended but not required at this level
DAN certification included with DAN Student Pack - included
