Philippine climate.

Unlike so much of the world we do not have an Autumn or Winter. Indeed we just have two seasons, Wet and Dry and life is kind to us, because even in the wet season the vast majority of rainfall is late at night. As a consuquence, our resort runs all year round. If you want to escape the stresses of everyday life come to El Galleon and you can almost feel yourself unwind.

Swimming and diving in the Philippines.

Our sea water comes as a current from the Pacific meaning it arrives pure and at a constant temperature of 25C - 27C all year round. So clean is the water arriving here that the normal underwater visibility is 40 - 40 meters. If you clicked on the movie above you will have noticed how clean and pure the philippine Sea is.

Nightlife at our resort.

Part of the El Galleon resort is the unquely constructed Point Bar, famous the world over. Constructed some twelve feet above ground level and is open on three sides. In the evenings you can down a beer of sip cocktails with a warm breeze wafting through as you look directly out over the Pacific.

No resort should keep guests captive.

Whilst we have some of the best drinking and dining in all Asia, we encourage you to take a five minute stroll along the beach into the town of Sabang, where you will find every kind of night life. Bars and restaurants to suit every nationality. live bands, discos or even kareaoke if you get drunk enough.

Whether you are a novice or first time diver we teach to all levels right up to Instructor. Indeed we are one of only two Philippine dive schools certified to train to Instructor level.

You can choose to dive with a wide variety of gas mixes from Air to Nitrox, Trimix for really deep diving or even re-breathers which you can hire for a modest rental.

Children and Asia Divers.

We never forget that a vacation can be made or ruined by how happy the children are. We have the 'Bubblemakers' course supervised by specially trained instructors to introduce children safely, as young as eight to our exciting sport.

At the age of ten a child can ow do the PADI open water course.

Then we have the Coral Gardens which are suprb for snorkeling for young and old alike.
