Asia Divers Puerto Galera.

Almost all our guests enjoy scuba and Asia Divers forms part of the resort. Whether you are a novice who wants to learn, or a qualified diver who wants to improve his skill, Asia Divers is the number one dive school in Puerto Galera. Indeed we are one of only two diving schools in the whole of the Philippines qualified to train to PADI Instructor level.

Here you can dive with a wide variety of gas mixes and equipment, from regular Air to Nitrox, Trimix or even re--breathers, all of which are available here.

Knowing that we are a family beach resort, we recognize that any vacation can be made or spoiled by how well the children are entertained. We run the PADI 'Bubblemakers' course where specially trained instructors can safely introduce children as young as eight to our exciting sport. From the age od ten children can now qualify as Open Water divers.

Childrens entertainment in Puerto Galera.

There are many things children can do here besides dive as the movie above may have shown you. They can fish off our little pier, explore rock pools at low tide. The snorkeling at the Coral Gardens is ideal for children and sinve we are in the middle of a fish resort they will be astounded by the quantity and variety of fish they will see among the very shallow corals.

Nightlife in Puerto Galera.

Unquestionably the most popular bar in Puerto Galera is the Point Bar. It's popularity is in part due to it being built some 4 meters above ground and is open on three sides allowin a warm breeze to waft through in the evenings. You can sit sipping cocktails looking directly across the beach to the Philippines Sea.

You may wish to go further afield and if you have children we will happily arrange for one of our staff to sit with your children, thus allowing you to wander further afield. Literally five minutes from our beach resort is the town on Sabang where you will find a vast number of bars, each with it's own character. Dozens of different restaurants serving food for every international taste. Then there are discos, live music, dancing and even kareoke if you get that drunk.

Sunset Cruises from the El Galleon beach resort.

Another popular entertainment here at El Galleon resort is the Sunset Cruise for guests. A large boat is arranged for about 4 O'clock and is filled with music, drink and barbacue food. Half an hour of cruising among the islands brings us to White Beach where you can play beach ball, have a drink or just laze around. About half an hour before sunset everyone boards the boay again to pull off shore for about half an hour to give an uninterrupted view of the sunset. This truly is like entering God's cathederal and can be absolutely breathtaking. Half an hour later you wil be on a deserted beach with the boatmen setting up the barbacue and getting the music going
