El Galleon was created as a family resort where the entire family can be entertained with a wide range of activities from scuba diving to kiaking, snorkeling, hiking or golf.

Divers come to our resort from all over the world and a recent survey showed that once someone has come here to the Philippines they will return on average almost a dozen times.

Situated slap bang in the middle of a fish reserve we actually boast more varieties of fish than the Red Sea and more varieties of corals than even the Great Barrier Reef.

Our dive school is among the very best in the world and we train at all levels from 'Bubblemakers' for children aged eight and up right through to Instructor level.  This being one of only two schools in the Philippines qualified to this level.

You can lear and dive with a wide variety of mixes from air, to Nitrox, Trimix for really deep diving and re breathers for a new experience of silence under water.

We are here to spoil you and the friendliness of the Philippino people is legendary.

The point that may surprise you is that even today the average wage in the Philippines is around $3 a day, so you will find life here a lot less expensive than you might imagine.
