Think of the lush sceenery in the movie South Pacific and you are close to imagining what the El Galleon resort is actually like.
Nestled among palm trees and situated right at the beach the El Galleon resort is the ideal setting for truly romantic honeymoons.
To tell you in a couple of pages why so many honeymoon couples chose to come here would be nearly impossible. So permit us to outline a few of the reasons and let you see some short movies of what we have here.
The Philippines is made up of many thousands of islands. If you and your spouse would like to stand on a tropical island that's completely deserted, to wander on the beach or paddle in the warm waters of the Pacific, within 15 minutes ride in a boat from our resort you will find lots of such islands.
The Philippines is cheap by Western standards. A labourer or waitress can expect to earn under $1 an hour. We are not telling you this to suggest exploiting people but that may give you an idea as to how far you can expect your honeymoon budget to stretch. For example for the cost of a cheap hotel room in the West, you can wallow in luxury here.
It is safe here. This is predominantly a Christian country. The Philippino people are famous for the warmth of their nature and you are sure to get a very warm welcome if you decide to honeymoon with us.

Besides being popular with honeymoon couples, the El Galleon resort is one of the most popular places to enjoy scuba diving in the whole world. A recent survey discovered that once somebody has dived the waters here they will return on average ten times.
We are situated smack in the middle of a protected fish reserve. Here you will find more varieties of fish than there are in the entire Red sea and a larger variety of soft and hard corals than even the Great Barrier Reef.
