There was a time when learning to dive with Nitrox safely was thought of as the first step in technical diving not just here in the Philippines but everywhere.
The benefits of diving with Nitrox though are such that it has rapidly become the every day diving gas of choice. There is no question that diving with Nitrox brings enormous benefits in terms of bottom time. These benefits are most particularly felt when diving in the 20 to 35 meter range when much too frequently divers run low on 'No decompression' time.
The question really becomes why would anyone NOT dive with Nitrox ?
